Hello Sir, This is my experience that if one infected file exists on your server then it will infect your server again and again. So I need to check each file and folder manually. Sir,I never use any software or any programming script or any scanner to find out malicious files or script on server. Because they can never give you 100% accuracy. But I will provide you 100% accuracy because I go through whole server manually and check each file and folder manually. I will also check your SQL file because I have found malicious script or suspicious script in SQL file many times. Thanks

If it's a DDoS (not simple DoS) attack then you don't have any loophole in your system, these attack can happen to anyone. If they are hitting on random ports then we will have to use 3rd party services (which are expensive) to prevent them, but if they're only attacking port 80/443 I can setup a set of firewall rules ease the pressure and by continuous monitoring i can block the culprit ip pools
