I need a talented programmer with experience in pattern recognition algorithms for a c++ project, which will run on Linux. There will likely be repeat work once this project is completed.
The first project is to create a classification algorithm that determines events, in real-time, which occur on two input signals (200 samples per second). There are two types of event, with three possible locations:
- Lid 1 open
- Lid 2 open
- Lid 3 open
- Lid 1 closed
- Lid 2 closed
- Lid 3 closed
The algorithm should output a list of probabilities, one for each lid. Event evaluation should be done once a lid has been both an opened and closed, so more information is available to increase accuracy.
Labelled data will be made available.
The algorithm will be used in conjunction with a physical rig we've designed. The rig consists of 2 force sensors (the data source), with a platform across them. There are 3 sprung lids on the platform, which we aim to detect when they are opened or closed.

Hi I'm a math expert, have experiences with pattern recognition, machine learning. Also I'm c++/java, linux, matlab developer. All the best. Stay tuned, I'm still working on this proposal.
