hello sir I think just takeing a look at storage setting of esxi shows the free Nas old ip. then setting that IP on free Nas solves the issue. please feel free to contact me.

Hi, this issue came from storage network and this mean somehow (router reset) connection with storage server is failed. you must reestablish this connection and check storage detected correctly in ESXi configuration, after that your machine get back alive. I would love to help you fix this issue asap.

Hi, it seems to be a lost connection with Datastore. I need more informations about your infrastructure. Which version of Vmware you are using, which kind of storage you have, if you have any backups (of course you have) software. I usually use Teamviewer to have remote connections.
