Project 1 = a Joomla site in 1.6 that includes 5 (top) menu items, and a total of about 8 submenu items; 5 are articles; 1 is a news feed, 1 is a video embed module, and then the other I'm not sure the best method yet.
There also needs to be a good events plug-in, a social media sharing plug-in, text editors for the article page to change fonts, insert photos, etc -- basic stuff.
The theme will be simple and mostly white space, like the Rhuk_milkyway template, for example. No extravagant design. Once the basic site is functional I will have other plugins to add as we go forward
project 2 = a simple Word Press site with 5 items on a top menu (one menu item will have 5-8 submenus), and each menu and submenu will go to their own pages.
I will need on the top a space for a banner ad, and on the right side, a Google AdSense box, an Amazon Ads box, and a third box that I can load with an image banner and link. Also a separate links list.
project 3 = WordPress site the same as described above.
I can send you templates for each, which you can use or -- if they don't allow the flexibility needed -- you'll see the type of look sought to find something like it.
Once I complete these I will have ongoing overflow jobs like these, and if you're good and dependable, I can go out and find third party work as well. (these projects are in-house projects).
