I need to convert a PSD to an html page for Joomla and Virtuemart.
I have the PSD File already and it has several mouse-over functions, a slider, video link and Buy Now button. See the attached image.
This must work so that the customer sees a pop-up video. If the user clicks the Buy Now button, the item is added to their cart and they are taken to a checkout process in Virtuemart.

Current platform is Joomla 1.5.x and Virtuemart 1.1.9
Landing page has Sliders and Mouse-over features.
