PowerBI Custom Visuals: Shipping Labels

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: POWERBI CUSTOM VISUALS, TYPESCRIPT, JAVASCRIPT(D3.JS), jQuery, Angular, and others.. I have a table that is generated in PowerBi. This table has columns which contain information needed to be printed on shipping labels. Each row in the table has the information needed to print one label. There will be one shipping label per row in the table, thus if there are 10000 rows, the visual will need to produce 10000 labels. One column in the table has coloring information for an adjacent column (route). The custom visual must display up to 10000 labels and needs to print on Avery 5167 sheets. This task must be done in Microsoft's PowerBi and a packaged pbiviz file must be produced and tested in order for this project to be completed!! If you have not done this type of work before, please do not bid on this project! I would need access to the entire code base for this project. I prefer that the repo be hosted on Azure DevOps and I will be watching and possibly contributing to the repo. Please understand this is not a simple task. If you are not experienced with PowerBI Custom Visual Development, TypeScript and the D3.JS library, you will not be able to complete this task. I am a developer myself and have a good understanding of PowerBI and TypeScript. The reason I am delegating this task is because I am not proficient in D3.js and don't have the time to learn it as I have countless other tasks to do! I am currently working on this project along with other team mates. I am open to the use of alternative javascript libraries (angular, jquery, and others). The only strict requirement is that the final product is a packaged custom visual that displays labels from field data.
