Write python scripts to create animated heatmaps on geographical maps of values through time.
data is for NSW Australia, but should work for anywhere in Australia, example input data is valuer general weekly sales and land values

we need to be able to select either raw values, relative changes as percentages, or normalised values, specific quintiles etc.
Basically all useful ways of slicing and dicing the data.
the addresses can be washed through something like G-NAF

exceptions that can’t be located need to be reported
the output can be mapped on mapbox/atlas or google earth, and scripts or process need to be provided to create gif/jpg animations of any particular area, scale and view of the data that can be exported to other programs.
An additional output layer for topography is also required.
