Build a Chinese Chatbot

This is a project brief to develop a Chatbot messenger. We are looking for a developer with the following requirement, experience and skill set. Requirement: 1. Located in Malaysia or Indonesia - prefer same timezone and to facilitate potential face-to-face discussion if required. Your travel expense and time will be reimbursed separately. 2. Ability to read Chinese is preferred but not compulsory. Please indicate to us if you can read Chinese. 3. Chatbot is a relatively new concept so prior experience is not necessary but if you do have such experience, do highlight it to us. Experience and skill set. 1. [login to view URL] - this is quite new but not really that complex. Experience is not compulsory but do indicate to us if you have such experience. 2. Javascript. 3. Heroku. 4. Node.JS. 5. GIT. We are a new language center and we teach Chinese language in a classroom settings. Student will attend our classes where our teachers will teach them Chinese. We have developed our own textbook. We now want to develop a Chatbot to allow students to do revision and assessment based on our textbook using a Chatbot after classes. We are new to Chatbot but we have attended a very good online training to understand how to document and develop a good Chatbot. Based on what we have learned, we will provide you the chat requirement document and script. You are required to build the chat bot based on our requirement. In order for the hired developer to work better with us and also to be on the same page with us, we will provide the hired developer a link to the training and the hired developed is required to complete the training. Basically watching 3 hours of videos. This training is NOT to test you but just to make sure we are aligned. Unfortunately we do not have the exact requirement at the moment to do proper project sizing and costing. It could be 15 to 50 hours project. Please contact me to express your interest.
