Hi, I went through your requirement attachment. What I understand is you are looking for email server with inbox feature. I am not sure if you need email sending server, I mean you need to setup smtp or not? Whatever the case, I have done complete smtp server setup in the past and worked on building email server and client from scratch. Though email client does not take much time but smtp server takes bit of time because one needs to build the reputation of the smtp server IPs otherwise emails are either rejected by ISP or marked as spam. I feel I am quite competent for your requirement as I have hands-on experience in setting up smtp from scratch and building email clients in my past assignment. I am relatively new here on freelancer.com so finding reviews and rating for me just does not justify what I can offer to you. I am sure you will not regret spending 15 minutes over chat with me.
