Build an interactive Kiosk controller

I have an interactive board. That I have been trying to get repaired for a while. I have tried a few new products from other free lancers. I would like to get some quotes on completely rebuilding the system. Below is the current hardware I have that I am wanting to re-use, as well as the system requirements. I have 5 HAPP control arcade buttons, and 4 LED's mounted in a display board with cases. I have limited space so a micro processor is required. Arduino's have worked in the past but I am not limited to them. This is an interactive matching board for a kids center. So they see objects in a case next to a button. They then have to match it to the animals paw print on the right. When they press the button next to the display the correct LED will light up and a wave file will play with a verbal explanation. The wave files will be changed occasionally and should be stored on an sd card or other removable media. I have tried several interations and everyone has thier own hardware preferences. For this reason I am opening up the hardware to be included in this build. There will be shipping charges and I expect to see those in the bid. The proposed solution should include the following. Mountable micro processor. Wiring leads with spade connectors or other acceptable wiring termination. Power plug for micro processor. SD card for 4 wav/mp3 files. Wave files could be up to, but not exceed 120 seconds. Shipping of designed hardware to Kansas, US. The visual reference below shows 5 buttons. Disregard the 5th, we had to scale it down.
