547825 Mobile Apps Program that uses Bluetooth for Communication

I want to create a software for mobile or electronic gadgets/phones (i.e. any portable electronic gadget/device that has Bluetooth ability basically) whereby the program runs/communicates by sending information over Bluetooth. I also expect "communication by using internet" to definitely be included (so basically the program will work like any other electronic/mobile device/phone's program [for e.g. chat messengers] that works with internet ... but in this case, it will also use Bluetooth in-case internet is not available (at the selection of the user), or if the person decides they want to use Bluetooth directly first. ... Don't worry about the "distance" over which bluetooth has range!) The program should be able to turn on (and turn off) the bluetooth chip at the touch of a button within the program itself (i.e. when the program is running actively). The user should be able to select the "communication means" as Internet Only, or Bluetooth-Only; this option of which communication-means to use will always be asked every time the program is launched, and at the touch of a button the choice is made [but can still be changed under a settings-section]. I expect the session/communication/files sent between parties communicating to be ENCRYPTED [so encrypted by sender's device, decrypted by receiver's device] to ensure privacy and security between the two parties communicating (especially in the case of using the bluetooth/bluetooth port for communication, since bluetooth isnt encrypted on a standard/normal basis [since its not used for much important/big stuff] as opposed to internet communication, whereby there are tools on the internet that allow for encryption most times. The platform will basically be for mobile gadgets/phones/devices that can run Java (so Java/J2ME, etc), and can also connect to the internet. Majority of basic phones/devices run java (so I expect it to run on majority of phones). On another hand, I also expect the base java program to then be used/modified to then develop corresponding software programs that will work on Blackberry (highest priority amongst these ones here), Android (next), and Iphone (last) platforms (i.e. sdk, etc), since they may not run java. All the programs developed for the different platforms (i.e. java-basic, android, BB, Iphone) will be package under one file for easy distribution, and when received on someone's gadget, the gadget should "unload/unzip" the ONE-FILE and recognize which platform-program from the unload applies to it, and begin the installation. After install, it will delete all the unloaded files, but still retain the ONE-FILE (which has all the platforms programs) and attach it to the installed program/client, such that through the touch of a button when the program is running, a user can send the ONE-FILE to another user (using the Bluetooth port).
