I need an experienced Italian speaker to call a specific Comune (City Hall) to find out it they are going to send me (via envelope mail To Argentina) a specific birth certificate I need for issuing my Italian Citizenship.
They sent it to me in pdf format, but that is not valid for what I need. I later on sent emails requesting how should I request the certificate to be sent to me to Argentina, I sent a fax with my address even, but I got no further replies.
That´s why a Phone Call is needed!
1) Find out if they received my queries
2) Check if -perhaps- the envelope was already sent to Argentina
3) If not -above-, what do I have to do to send it, and how long it will take.
Hi. I'm Italian and I live in Italy. I often MUST contact my City Hall because of daily problems: it's not only a problem which happens to foreigner people......City Hall are only open in the morning! If you need my help, please contact me as you prefer, I'm at your disposal. I don't think that one call will solve.

I'm Italian I worked as advisor fro majors, and now am in the Philippines... and I also fought to have my birth certificate (for me use for marriage). I know how to deal with them. I have to be kind, appreciate their work and touch the heart of the clerk ... after that, I have to explain very clearly the options that are accepted. And say that they can choose the simple for them...
There are smart people in Public Administration... but sometimes also weird... so keep calm and kind is a must.
