Sell something for me - a planet! -- 2

A warm welcome to you all! This project is a very specific one so please read all the below VERY CAREFULLY and ONLY BID if you know you can do what I am asking for. When you do bid please also SUBMIT A PROPOSAL. Thank you. I work as an Authorised Reseller for The Lunar Embassy in America. I sell their products in Australia and New Zealand. Their products are claims to individual acres of land on the Moon, Mars and a few other planetary bodies. They registered a claim to all the planetary bodies in the Solar System (apart from earth) in November 1980 upon spotting a loophole in the 1967 United Nations Outer Space Treaty, which says that no nation or government can own the Moon or other extra-terrestrial planetary bodies. However, it neglected to say that no individual or corporation could not own them. The Lunar Embassy has been operating since then and have grown over time and spread to many countries the world over selling these land claims for just under US $30/acre. Most people buy them as gift items for others as they make the perfect gift for "the person with everything" or even just to say something like, "I love you to the Moon and back!" In 2010 I purchased from the Lunar Embassy the minor planet called HAUMEA, located beyond Pluto in our Solar System. More on it is here: [login to view URL] It has an approximate surface area of 68 Million square kilometers OR 17 Billion acres (since one square kilometer is about 250 acres). I am now looking to sell HAUMEA to whoever is interested in buying it and am completely open to offer. Why would someone buy it you may ask? There are many reasons, as stated below. - For fun - To give to a loved one - To keep for later resale as a “clever, long term investor” - To subdivide and on-sell (I have a legal disclaimer on my business website to protect me and am happy to pass this onto the new owner for free. I had to do a lot of research and pay a solicitor a sum of money for it myself). Since this planetary body is not properly mapped out (like the Moon and Mars) individual acres of land on it cannot really be sold so I recommend selling ‘stakes’ in it instead. The planetary body can be divided into, say, 10,000 stakes, which can all be on-sold. Alternatively, the new owner can keep 51% of it in their name and sell stakes in the remaining 49% to make money while still keeping the planet under their full control. I also have a design for the certificates of title for this and they can even be delivered to buyers electronically (in soft copy) to immensely cut down on costs! - Another interesting method is to create an online virtual world or game (I also have contacts who can make these) and sell stakes in the planetary body along with plots in the online virtual world or game that represents the planet! Buyers will then get heaps more out of their purchase and can have the option to go online and visit their (virtual) property and talk to other buyers there - and even “develop” their properties with virtual buildings (3D models) that can also be sold. Think about how well many virtual worlds and games are doing today when almost everyone out there has a mobile phone or iPad (if not both!). Please feel free to ask any questions. Thank you.
