Seeking Google Analytics and Google AdWords Guru for long-term partnership

Looking to find a very smart, talented, hard-working Google AdWords and Google Analytics Expert to develop long-term partnership to help work and manage some of my clients online marketing campaigns. We are very small web design/development team helping small businesses in our area get their businesses online, establish a professional online brand/presence, and due to the interest from our clients, looking to focus more in providing analytics and online advertisement related services. We have just began the past month in SEO services, so this entire service area is relatively new to us. We have 4-5 clients that over the next 3 months, will be implementing either A) Google Analytics or B) Beginning AdWords Campaigns. These clients are small businesses, with small budgets. Typically, $50-$100/Month AdWords budgets, and small WordPress sites with generally 5-8 pages. Keep this in perspective as you propose your interest. Please ensure you closely read over the following requirements prior to applying: - We are looking to work with an individual or team of no greater than 10 individuals. Teams any bigger than this need not apply. We will ask follow up of exact team number, so please say your team size or if individual. - We seek to work with those both Google AdWords AND Google Analytics certified. This is an absolute requirement. Anyone working on any client project (so anyone in team) must show this accreditation. - Seeking those that can demonstrate past AdWords success and strategic thinking/brainstorming. Need expert who can show us their smart, efficient use of AdWord's budgets through proper setup, ad set strategies, keyword groupings, etc. Show case studies or hard data to reflect this - explain projects where your smarts and your strategy benefited value of project. - Similiarly, seeking those with sophisticated Analytics experience. NOT just 'Integration' of a WP site - this is only few minutes of steps - we are seeking expert that is familiar with potential power of Google Analytics, and knows how to use the various configurations, etc. Conversion setups, Goal Funnels through different site goals, how to properly setup reports... And, follows BEST PRACTICES, has serious understanding of Google's preferred approaches, and industry leading know-how, leading to: - An expert that can provide weekly updates, even if not full reports... just 'check ins'. An expert who also has excellent communication and reporting habits. They can provide monthly updates on AdWords Performance, on Site Performance, and a combination of key metrics (KPI's) that we can measure the investment in the AdWords and tracking to prove it's valuable to clients. Show examples of reports, recommendations, monthly summary reports. I know these are fed out by the systems itself, but I want to see how you config your reports and deliverables for clients. - Lastly, we care about finding an expert that truly LOVES online advertisement and analytics. We want someone passionate about this stuff. Someone that follows industry best practices, is a perfectionist (always seeks best approach), knows how to maximize these tools (tell us why you maximize them so well). - Any response that does not begin with 'your favorite color' will be ignored.
