We are looking for a committed individual with perfect English to create and advocate Facebook and Google Advertisements for businesses located in California, USA. That includes Quality leads generation. Please only apply if you have prior experience running quality advertisement campaigns with clear results. Please include the following in your application: Pay: Ideally in the $12-$15 per hour range - at least 3 examples of Facebook and Google Ad campaigns you have created and managed • Specific results these campaigns produced for end client. - outline what specifically distinguish a Great campaign from a Good Campaign. - are you using any automation tools and what are the benefits and limitations of them We aim to find a right individual /s/ for a long-term contract, starting from 20 hours a week and growing to a full-time role. Initially, we'll hire for 1 week to see how it works out. The highlight of Responsibilities but not limited to this: • Create, launch, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns for clients through Facebook’s Ads Manager platform • A master graphic designer who can produce intuitive ad images and Videos. • Highly skilled with Google AdWords, AdWords Editor, Google Analytics and Excel Qualifications: • Facebook advertising certification is a plus. • Google Analytics certification is a plus. • Analytical thinker. Can conduct market research, data analysis and resolve complex problems quickly • Have a head for ROI tracking and monitoring constantly identifying campaign ROI opportunities • A highly independent worker who also Enjoy working with our creative team to develop new campaign content and packages
