In this role, you will be working directly with our sales team and CEO supporting company-wide operations, as well as interacting with team members across the agency.
What you'll be doing:
-Triaging and scheduling inbound sales leads
-Scheduling client meetings
-Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
-Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and recommend areas for optimization
-Some office administration (booking travel and office supply orders)
-Help organize team events and other important projects as the needs arise
-Prospecting and researching new leads
-Manage and coordinate various projects, files and company initiatives, including team events
