Technical support of wordpress site and SEO

Dear All,
We are building a free wordpress site to provide high quality educational content on VBA Excel subject.
We need the specialist to:
- provide on request IT related support. Usually we will collect the topics in bulk and get back to you on the periodical basis.
- make sure that the site is SEO optimized
- on request, review the site and provide comments/suggestion on something that can be improved.
We expect:
- open communication
- proactive approach
- work within the agreed budget
- work within the reasonable time period (usually, we do not have urgent projects, but there may be some very rarely)
We will work in the following way:
- we communicate the topic or a list of topics and agree with you on the fix price.
- once agreed, you are free to start working on the topics on your convenience within reasonable time period.
- we can do milestone payments if needed, this is not a problem.
We want to focus on great content and ask you to help with the IT side of our site.
Just to give you an idea on the projects:
- enable and link optin form to our mailchimp account
- create (or enable) the menu at the bottom or our page with some section
- change the default font of the posts on the site
- etc.
