1000 PR 5 (actual page) and above backlinks

I need an very experienced link builder to help create back links to my website. I am looking for 1000 one-way relevant backlinks from PR5+ higher pages. All links must be in English, on a PR5+ Google ranked page (not iframed or subdomain), dofollow static links. All links must be search engine friendly and be placed on established sites that are in good standing with GOOGLE, YAHOO , BING. All links must be build manually over the course of 10 days with a maximum of 100 links per day. All links must be placed using WHITE HAT ONLY METHODS. Links cannot be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted or paid for. I will retain the right to reject any link that does not comply with the following guidelines. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, cloaking and other practices * Links must be static html links. Target URL of the link I will make payment in the following matter (no exceptions): - I will pay 50% after 500 links and the rest 10 days after you have build the final 500 links (I want to verify that the links are working and are in good standing) *** If within those 10 days the website gets banned, I will refuse the final payment.***
