B2B Graphic Novels

My company ([login to view URL]) is celebrating two anniversaries this year for our two business units, 60 years for one and 70 years for the other. I want to create a graphic novel (comic book) for each business unit and print them back to back in reverse order of one another. I can handle design. I need illustration assistance for the story lines (2) and covers (2). I have one story line already complete and will have other storyline completed within a couple of days. I envision a page layout with 1-4 frames per line and 2-3 frame lines per page. There will be several pages for each story. I have no way to estimate the total number of illustrations required. I can say that there is a hero and villain in each story but I don't want anything dark or ominous. This is for business-to-business use and I am looking for a friendly style. If I can see your sample illustrations I can say whether the style is what I seek. I know this will be very difficult to estimate but I am posting below, the one story line I have developed. It may help you estimate the scope of work: Stellar Services is a plumbing-only, residential and light commercial contractor who wants to expand their offering to include HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning). They hire Jill (Protagonist/Superhero) as the business development professional. Knowing what products lines they need, she explores current and potential suppliers (wholesalers). Finds one she likes but then discovers cheap, import GRDs (grilles, registers, diffusers) that don’t meet her quality desires. Supplier tells her that they are open to her recommendations for another line. So Jill decides to do some research herself. This takes her to the web where she discovers the cool YouTube channel of Continental Industries and Brand X and Y web sites. She calls each of the Brand X and Y companies requesting a tour of their production facilities. They tell her that would be difficult since it’s their production is in never-ever land. Remembering the YouTube videos, she finds the Continental web site and sees that they have plant locations just a couple of hours from some family she has in Chicago. She calls Continental to request a plant tour and is enthusiastically invited to come and visit. During the tour she learns of our history and anniversary and made in the USA quality. She also sees some pallets of import stuff and asks about it. Employee explains that some distributors and contractors want only the lowest price they can get. “So we can get them there with these or offer them the American made quality at a slightly higher price if they wish.” Jill nods in understanding. Wholesaler is setup with Continental line and Jill transforms into a superhero as she saves the day with many new clients and projects. (She dons a costume which she wears throughout remainder of story.) Meanwhile, her boss is fearful about SloppyJoe, the competing contractor who is flooding the market with his cheap, low-priced products and shoddy workmanship. (He is the villain.) “All we have to do, then,” says Jill, “is follow him around to pick up the customers he leaves in his wake.” They meet in one neighborhood where SloppyJoe has been called back for complaints. The homeowner is screaming outdoors to SloppyJoe: “Those rattling registers are driving me CRAZY!” Jill works the Continental tagline (everyone needs to vent) into conversation and then saves the day by offering a higher quality product. “You’re out,” the homeowner says to SloppyJoe. “And you’re in,” they say to Jill. Villain drifts away with head hung. Some time passes . . . Jill receives top recognition by her company for new business development.
