Andriod and iOS app for Wordpress site

I need a Wordpress site converted to an Andriod and iOS app.
Simply put:
- clean design based on white (background), black (font) and grey (hyperlinks)
- app icon based on our logo (I can provide image)
- home page containing a feed of the latest 'posts' on my Wordpress blog (with article title and thumbnail and date)
- suggested option to access the 'pages' of my website (about 8)
- suggested option to access the 'posts' in sub-categories (e.g. news category, country category)
- suggested option for Google Adsense integration
- suggested option for email address contact details
- suggested option for social media promotion (Facebook and Twitter)
I am already registered on Google play as developer so will take care of this side. Can you help with iOS submission?
I will provide details of my website upon selection. Please note - this is a very basic, simple website with limited functionality. Development would not be onerous. Thus a cheap price for iOS and Android - I am a software developer so know what's required - just don't have the time!
