Add HTML Syntax Highlighting to UITextView

I'm looking for a developer who can do a very simple job that should take a short time period (I have managed to do something similar within 2-4 hours at most). I need the developer to add a syntax highlighting feature that will highlight the text in the UITextView. The syntax highlighting should be visible at all times (while editing and while overviewing). For those who do not understand the terminology, a syntax highlighter basically colour-codes the text based on the HTML tag used allowing users to code easier. I don't mind the developer using public projects from GitHub, ect. as long as it is under a license that I can then share the application as a commercial product. In fact, I've seen very many open source Syntax Highlighting projects for the iOS such as "SUITextView" (can be found on GitHub). In all honesty I do not have the time to implement this into my project with all the other work going on at school so I'm just looking for a developer who can finish the job. What do I need from this Syntax Highlighter? 1. Please avoid lag at all costs 2. Syntax Highlight web based text (HTML, CSS, JS - of course most open source projects already do this). 3. Syntax Highlighting should be present at all times (whilst editing as well as not editing) See the attachment for example.
