Adjustments to C#.net website

We would like to make changes when transferring a loan from Screening to Processing. The changes will mostly be on the file /administrator/tasks/[login to view URL] 1. Require a Broker When Transferring to Processing ($135) a. When transferring a loan from Screening to Processing require that a broker or borrower be selected. b. If a broker/borrower has not been selected the Screener will be required to return to the Loan Info section and assign one before proceeding. The popup will display the text, please select a broker or borrower before sending this loan to Processing. {Close Button} note: this refers to the section called 'Broker/Borrower Access' under Loan Details when selecting a loan from the screening tab. 2. Allow Assigning Arbor Access During Transfer to Processing ($540) a. The popup when transferring from Screening to Processing will have a new field to assign additional Processors to the Arbor User list on the loan. b. The field will be identical to the one in Loan Details where users can drag Arbor Users from an available list, to the assigned list. (the area called Arbor Loan Access) c. The existing drop down ‘Select a Processor’ will be changed to ‘Select a Primary Processor’ d. When a Primary Processor is selected they will automatically be added to the Arbor User list. (the new field that was just added). If the Primary Processor is changed then the previous processor will be removed from the list and the new one will be added.
