JavaScript Chart for Bow Tie Assessment

Dear Sir, I have experience in developed project that almost similar with your posted project (may be have something more). My past projects did for some famous corporate in Thailand. Bow tie diagram in project was developed base on some javascript library. In that project data will be read from databases and presented in form of tree, in tree many bow can be putted under the same parent. When user select a bow from tree, diagram will be shown. User can add new bow or edit some element in existing bow by interact with tree or by direct interact with diagram. All selection made on tree or diagram will be synced. Your project data model and concepts same as my existing. I can manage to deliver the chart elements for event, causes, consequences, prevention and mitigation; daily according to specifications and you can ask for modifications of finished elements at the end of each day.
