Design a website for business development company

We are operating a business development company which are assisting start-ups, small and medium sized companies developing business strategies, new products and services and organisational capabilities and capacities creating value for the company and shareholders. Our belief is that most companies i.e. small and medium sized companies, do not take enough risk, or the correct risk, when making decisions that can really contribute to value creation. We are agnostic to type of business and industry sector, but we prefer to work with companies which have a potential to scale-up and apply exponential strategies to achieve rapid and sustainable growth. We wish to perform the project based on milestone completion. The first milestone we wish to receive bids for is a conceptual sketch of the company web site design. Adjunct to the company web site there should be a blog site, but this can be quiet simple. We prefer to start simple, and gradually increase level of sophistication with added functionality as we experience what´s works and not. To attract potential interested parties and customers we want to facilitate a site which utilizes inbound marketing principles ref. Hubspot. The design should be adaptive, and as a minimum it should include a function for sending email to our company contact email account. We want to co-operate with an experience web designer with a solid portfolio of previous assignments and happy customers. We will only cooperate with candidates that operates with full disclosure of name, experience (preferably LinkedIn profile) and with a proven professional trackrecord.
