Adding small features to the existing ruby on railsweb application -- 2

I have an existing web application which has chatting and appointments features. chat with registered and signed in users and get notifications and appointments and reminders like outlook. Now I need few more features to add in this application and integrate along with it. The other points are as follows: 1. Online blackboard for writing and explaining and drawing. 2. Desktop recording option to record video of desktop activity. 3. Camera recording option to record our video and that file should save in one tab which allows user later to download from that tab in the project. 4. Audio calling option to call the other users where we are chatting.(like hangout) 5. Discussion Form: Here Student can posts quires like stack overflow site and other students can answer the question if they know. It’s like open discussion form. When someone created a thread (discussion), which means posted a question, then notification has to go to all the users so that they will know about the discussion and can reply to the post. There should be a tab for "my threads" for the threads that an individual user started. There should be a search option to search for any particular thread. If I created a thread and someone replied for that thread, then I should receive notifications. I would like to get complete documentation for this project if possible.
