Add a background image to header of all pages

Hi! We got this website:
[login to view URL] which has that ugly background image!
It's loaded because we added custom CSS to it, and we hide it for mobile versions.
>>> WHAT WE NEED IS:
The website pages that are not "HOME" have another header, which was made with another stucture, and we need to work identically as the homepage one. (Load the same ugly background for PC, and hide it for lower mobile resolutions).
