Develop Responsive, Mobile, Subscription payment, Wordpress site from Pre-Made PSD Wireframes

Thank you for your response to my ad on Craigslist for a web developer. My client is a pilates instructor who specializes in training other pilates instructors through a series of certification courses around the world. She is expanding her business to include online videos and webinars, and thus has asked me to lead the rebranding of her company and redesign of her site. Could you please get back to me with a written proposal for a custom theme WordPress site build based on wireframes and designs (done in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop), which I will provide, that incorporates the following features: * As many as 10 unique page layouts * Responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile * Payment Plan Subscription based website capabilities, where members have access to varying levels of video tutorials, webinars and in-person courses after subscribing and logging in to the site. Members will also need to be able to register and pay through the site for additional in-person courses. * Locator Map Integration (for clients to find a trainer in their area, similar to the store locator on this site: [login to view URL]) * Blog Integration * Mail Chimp or other Email Integration * Integrated e-commerce solution for company store * Custom Pop Up Plugin (for newsletter signup) * Possible parallax scrolling and/or video integration into the design of the site * Site SEO & Analytics reporting The site that I've been hired to redesign is www.thecenterforwomensfitness.com. This is a site I built with another WP developer about 5 or 6 years ago. As I mentioned, the company, The Center for Women's Fitness, is in the midst of rebranding and redirecting its focus, but this site will give you a sense of some of the basic content that will be transferred over to a new, more dynamic site. I'll be handling their rebranding, including new company logo as well as new logos or icons for each of the programs offered by the Center. I will be responsible for the design of the site, while you will be responsible for bringing it to life. I am just in the early stages of this project, and I need to present a detailed proposal that includes pricing and general timeframe for completion, to my client that incorporates both the design and build of the site. I do not yet know the specifics of the content, subscription levels, etc. That will all be determined once I begin the project. That said, please be as detailed as possible in your proposal so that I can accurately consider all aspects in making a decision about who to work with on this.
