We are an Edtech platform used by teachers and librarians to support reading for their school age students. We need a professional for on-going general support. Main function will be to respond to Help Desk inquiries and manage Twitter and Facebook accounts. This professional must be good writer, comfortable with troubleshooting and responsible to work independently. The job is on-going and requires about 3 or 4 hours of commitment a day.
