we are working on customized e-commerce for the client which is giving more options than CMS the same application we can customise as per your requirements. if you need it in CMS only then I have experience in woo-commerce, prestashop, Magento, and open cart. you need to have multi vendor website that to customise full design then why Magento why not core php or laravel I would suggest to have scratch build in php in magento you need to keep updating I have build multi vendor website please let me know I will show the main admin as well Thanks Akram
