Visual Effects for Short Science Fiction Film

I have completed a short science fiction film and am working to complete the Visual Effects. I require a number of "Screens" to be placed into the existing footage. Some are interactive. It's all 2D Animation to my understanding. I am not a VFX person myself so please excuse some lack of knowledge. The project has been done for the love of creating and building a portfolio piece. I am looking for someone who may be interested to do some or all of the effects work. I recognize that the design and animation of the effects are different skills. I would love to find someone interested in both however if that it not the case I am also open to that. The best example I can use to describe what I am looking to build would deb along the lines of "Children of Men" or "Minority Report". It's a VERY low budget film trying to stretch itself as much as possible. In my dream world someone would be excited to do the project and find ways to bring more to each shot that I am looking for to increase the unique look of the world of the film. Before shooting I had a VFX person involved but our city got so busy with work that I have been unable to find anyone locally that has the time to do the project. This is my first time using this service so please excuse me as I learn how best to use it and what the systems are. Looking forward to hearing from you. I have about 41 individual images that I want to add a VFX element to. Some are duplicates, mostly it's screens on walls playing adds or "projected displays" from computers that would hover in mid air.
