IDEA: I want to develop a EFLYER subscription platform for the real estate agent to use in designing flyers, then it needs to be able to super launch his/her new property listing immediately across all syndicated real estate sites via API, social media sites and announce to fellow realtors via email/social media the new listing. COMPENSATION: fixed rate price preferred/reasonable set completion period. I'm looking for qualified proposals that can explain to me what ideas can/cannot be implemented for this software project and the time frame that should be expected for completion from experienced coders/designers familiar with what I'm trying to develop. GOAL/PROJECT: I need a Real Estate agent mass emailer/ eblast platform similar to the functionality of [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] that will allow a realtor to upload his property listings/videos with full descriptions and contact info. The the software would need to integrate with aweber,mailchimp,getresponse etc API to send out emails to local brokers thru a clean purchased broker list. The software would also need to have the ability to post the listing to all popular social media sites ie facebook, instagram, snapchat,pinterest,linked in, twitter, you tube etc. Optin forms should be allowed to be created via API integration with auto responder to allow realtor to create a list from social mediate integration. It should have a area where a retargeting pixel can be entered. The platform would have to be able to have a analytics and a tracking screen similar to aweber analytics. Or if possible the API from the various email platforms that are tied in via API can be utilized on this platform. The UI must be very simple and intuitive for the end user. It also needs to syndicate the listing to all Real estate listing platforms like trulia, hotpads, zillow etc.( via RE agent user account) users via subscription will be allowed to upload their own mailing lists or cleaned email to eblast. There should be a email clean functionality built in before every email blast to ensure deliver-ability. The flyers created will not be only static picture images. I need the site to allow embedding of: Countdown timers, videos, and more special functions to be discussed in private with the chosen software developer. Much of the above functionality that I have in mind already exists. I have much of it in different software i own. I have a general outline of what i need and a list of existing software and websites that can be used as references. ( But I have some functionalities that need to be developed by a coder with my input). *I want all the technology in one platform accessible only by subscription. I need the site to function as my main site where i can generate my personal designs & eblast service. While allowing a subscription service to specific parts of the platform to allow clients to upload their own videos and movies etc in pre made templates that i design for their use. I'd prefer to work with a small team or individual that i can Skype or speak with on regular basis directly. Please-respond with questions and estimates.
