Reconstruct and enhance website for hotel and restaurant

Mayo Resort is a boutique hotel cum beach resort on the north coast of Bali, with a restaurant on-site that caters to outside guests called Restaurant Bora Bora, Bar & Bistro by the Beach. Both have their own Trip Advisor sites and enjoy 80% 5-star ratings. Our website is www.mayoresort.com. It is based on WordPress. We need to enhance and rejuvenate our website to address the following:- (1) New site needs to be easier and more seamless to navigate, in the existing site we rely too much on going up to the Navigation bar and clicking for drop-downs. We would like to see several candidate templates, from which we can choose one, we can also show some candidate sites/templates. We must use a pre-existing template, we do not want to build from scratch. (2) The existing site promotes our particular area of Bali as a tourism destination, which requires many photographs and some additional information pages than the average hotel site, which may slow download times. For the same reason we provide a lot of detail on guest activities. The new site will need to do the same. (3) The existing site contains more than 200 photos, about 100 of which we want to replace. The photos are ready and formatted, some may benefit from Photoshop treatment (4) There will be 2 new pages to add, the existing design is already set up to receive them, and one new page to replace (5) Save for the above, the text and visual content (photos) will be little changed. (6) We want to see a neater way of showcasing guest comments (separate for hotel and restaurant) (7) We need a new an enhanced booking interface, the existing one is provided by our Channel Manager, and our plan is to change to another Channel Manager when the new site is ready. The new Channel Manager will provide a range of template formats but we will need to choose one and install it (8) Site needs to be more mobile-friendly and faster to download (9) New site needs to SEO-ready, free from glitches (10) Restaurant page needs a reservation facility plug-in (from Wordpress) (11) Need to install a Whatsapp contact button For this project we need the following experience and skill sets:- - Experience with WordPress and track record of completed websites - Familiarity with site design for hospitality industry and tourism - Loading photographs (formatting/resizing may be required) - Basic SEO skills - Keen attention to detail and formatting - Ability to complete on schedule
