Mobile-friendly changes to web page

Given the page [login to view URL] provided as the starting point, edit the provided "Adobe" image so it reads "The FOOD SPIRALs®" at the top (as in the provided image, but with "s" to make SPIRAL plural). Use this new image as the top banner as shown. Replace the main content of the page (id="spiral-section") with code to create the appearance shown in the provided image. The functionality should be such that a "mouse-over" or "click" event causes the image within a panel to be replaced by the corresponding text (text currently to the right of the image when you visit a particular tab). The mouse-over appearance is demonstrated in the lower-right of the attached image. We should make the name of the spiral (e.g. "Carb Counting FOOD SPIRAL®", etc.) bolder and darker so it stands out, though. The page should function well on small (phone) screens so the squares should be made with the "panel" component from the Bootstrap library which is already being used on the site, and the squares should flow to a single column on small screens. One more piece we want to add is to allow the query string in the URL to activate the same code that is activated with a mouse-over or click event. So, for instance, [login to view URL] would show the text for the "Renal" spiral. The final code will need to be integrated into the PHP code of the live site, so be sure to be clear about what changes have been made.
