MIgrating Joomla 2.5 site to 3.3 and change to responsive layout

We are looking for a Joomla specialist who can migrate a J 2.5 site to J 3.3 and adjust its content to a responsive layout.
Briefly about our project: we are running a Non-Profit organization (owned by parents having autistic childs) in Hungary with an information portal ([login to view URL]) for those people having children with autism and for those professionals working with autistic children in kindergartens, schools, etc.
We ask an offer for migrating our site from Joomla 2.5 to 3.3. and set up a responsive template. (using JA Teline IV template and want to change to JA Teline V). Some statistics for the migration: the site is online since 2011 and it does have 1150 articles in approx. 140 categories. Number of registered users is more than 2000.
Having also a very active Kunena Forum component it is a must have thing to work after migration.
