I am a dentist and have started a training manual for our office. I only know how to use Microsoft Word... so it looks pretty bad. I would like it re-formatted into a software such as Adobe Illustrator and have it "jazzed up" to look more professional. There are many photos embedded in the manual. The text for these sections is complete for now. There will be more sections to be added later. My hope is that the portion you complete today will be "expandable" - in other words I can open it in Illustrator and add sections to it over time. Or later in the week I might hire you again to complete the rest of the sections!
