A4 Flyer of the company products (images and text provided)

I need to realize a new business flyer in A4 duplex that contains the company's products for sale.
I will provide texts and images of the products, company logo and motto must remain those provided by me.
Fonts, text layout, and any other graphic element will be at your discretion, i will provide also an image to use in the background (your choice about how to use it)
I'm open to any page layout with this simple rules
Front:
Logo, company descr. and motto must be shown
on the front page i need to show Safety Helmets and their accessories
need to show also Road cones
(text are in the file)
at the bottom would be nice to have the company contact info.
Back:
all the others products (your choice about order, dimension etc) feel free to modify or improve quality or color of the product image)
maybe would be a good idea to repeat the company logo on the top.
At the bottom i need to write the company contact info, text and qr code for e-catalogue.
The background i used is only an example, feel free to create sometingh new, but always using the coloured wave
The flyer must be nice to the eyes, professional but also catchy.
