Finishing design for my web project.

Hello! My name is Gena, I am 30 years old, I am from Russia. I work in the cinema, doing organizational work. I love sports. My friends and I make a store of sports nutrition and healthy products in Russia with the support of English for foreigners working and living in Russia. We focus on the online store, magazine, video, adaptability on all devices, the maximum level of service. Since this is a startup, we are doing the project ourselves. I myself did the design, but since I am not a designer, I hardly understand Photoshop and Illustrator. My friend programmer is engaged in the technical part, my friend banker is responsible for financial planning and development. Several people I found in freelance work as rewriters. I'm looking for a designer in a team or for piecework. We plan to complete my design, create advertising materials for newsletters, advertising banners on the site, unique images for social networks and the magazine. Also packaging, club cards and so on. We see a great perspective of this project, we do not regret our own time and effort, and since the aesthetic part is very important to me, it is important to find an advanced person with excellent taste in the team.
