Successful candidate will be proficient in Excel, word processing, drafting and responding to correspondence, calendaring deadlines, the have ability to function successfully with little direction. Job duties include assisting designer with managing, organizing and scheduling all aspects of interior design and renovation projects; assisting with planning and hosting events to market and brand company; assistance with the development and oversight of company website and social media; researching and establishing relationships with vendors; handling payments and interfacing with accountant; maintaining trade and vendor accounts; handling purchase orders and invoicing; organizing and maintaining design library and office; interfacing and follow up with clients, accountants and agents; developing and managing master calendar for designer. Pay will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
