Design a simulation videos for agriculture systems

We are trying to start up a coopertive union in the Sahel region of Africa. This coopertive union has many systems that we would like to present visually. To get accepted for the visualizing and presenting the entire coopertive structure, I'd first like to see an animated simulation of how our irrigation system will work.
