We are a commercial real estate brokerage and would like to outsource our marketing brochures for individual properties we list for Sale or Lease. They can be office buildings, retail strip malls, land development, industrial properties or investment portfolios. Each individual property will become a milestone. Finished product is used to upload on websites and multiple listing sites such as Loopnet as well as to distribute through print. Having genuine experience with commercial real estate will be an asset. Projects will generally be 1 to 4 pages but could be as high as 15. We would require the finished file be in Adobe Indesign format as we utilize Adobe Create Suite in house. The brochure would include marking up aerial photos; creating Google map overlays to highlight major roadways and attractions; creating a visually appealing design and ensuring all correct information is being displayed. Example of our in-house design for an industrial property is attached. We would like to establish an ongoing relationship with a designer to create the material for all future listings. We currently have 80+ listings. First assignment will be a three separate retail/office mall developments by the same developer. Estimated size will be 6-8 pages.
