Build a Website and IOS Mobile App

I am looking for an IOS App / website Developer to build a APP and website consisting of a member sign up manual registration but people need to also be able to log in by Facebook and Google. The app needs to have the ability to upload images as well as rate the images and also add text content. It will need to be able to connect to an existing database which will be provided, more details will be available on request. You will need to have a knowledge of GEO location. I would also like to see examples of previous APP’s and websites you have built and developed. I expect the APP to be taken right through the submission process through to acceptance into the app store and if there are any revisions needed this will be included in the total cost of the project and it will be resubmitted. The website I would like this to be created first and it needs to feed into the APP, I also want users to be able to add the APP from the website and they also need to able to use the same database and be able to search the same information. Terms/payment/timescales The person that develops this APP and website will need to sign a non-disclosure. I would also like a weekly catch up with one single point of contact/account manager via Skype or voice call to see the work undertaken as we go. Google drive would be useful to use as a sharing tool for communication. The database will be provided. I want retain ownership of the source code. The timescale for this project will be 4 weeks. This APP and website will be starting off in a basic form and I will want to have further work carried out in the future, so I want to form a good working relationship with someone that can do future work for me, this project is just the first phase of what will be a substantial APP in the future. The amount payable for this project is $600 in total the full amount which will be paid upon acceptance into the App Store and completion of website. The first payment of 1/3 or $200 will be paid once the website has been completed and tested, the 2nd milestone of $200 will paid once I have seen a working prototype part way through the project for the APP. The final payment of $200 will paid upon acceptance of the APP into the APP store. The only accepted payment method will be Escrow which will hold the full amount of money.
