Build a Sunglasses Website

I would like to have a sunglasses website created, similar to the [url removed, login to view] website. (white background with black font). The site would be a Wordpress site. we would like to have online payments for the sunglasses; we would use Paypal for this process.
The Home Page would have a video playing in the background, with the logo in the top right hand corner, and the tab options listed underneath (a side menu on the right hand side instead of at the top). A video will be playing to the left of the logo and tab options.
The tabs would be:
“His-tory” – bio page
“Sunglasses” (with Machos/Femmine drop down menu) – pages where we showcase the glasses. Males would be in Spanish(Machos), and Females would be in Italian(Femmine).
“Contact Us” page - a simple "about us" page
We already have the hosting set up for this domain under his godaddy account.
We will send you a placeholder bio, video and pictures for all of the pages, we will later log in and change the video and pictures at a later time. We just need the site set up so we can do that.
