We are looking for a creative web designer to build a freelance marketplace website using the Hirebee theme ( by Apptheme) (please check this carefully: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]).
Business location (East Africa: Rwanda and Uganda)

Features:
-Employers post projects and freelancers start the bidding (similar to the features that this HireBee theme claims to offer)
Note
-You’ll need to add two other currencies to the site/theme (Rwandan Francs and Ugandan Shilling)
-The site will be hosted on Bluehost as [login to view URL] and once we’ve hired the right designer we will give them access to our account.
-We’ve already purchased the theme-Hirebee, so there is not much flexibility regarding the use of a different theme.
-We need a creative designer who is good at brainstorming design options, who has done similar projects in the past, especially projects providing services to customers with no/very limited access to international credit cards or paypal accounts. We think of the following addon plugin as one of our initial payment gateways ([login to view URL]).
-The project should be completed in 1-2 weeks ( The sooner, the better). The winner will also have a chance to be sign in for a retainer contract for the upcoming works we are getting for our clients.
