Build an E Commerce Website in Wordpress

We want to replace our current website [login to view URL] with a brand new website built in wordpress. The website must be fully mobile responsive and all built in an https environment. The average load speed of the final website should be short and certainly no more than 3 seconds for the homepage. We will require the Beaver Builder plugin (we have already paid for this and can send) so that any member of our team is able to make daily changes to page layouts and products on the website. Customers should be able to create an account or do guest checkout. It must use Woo Commerce with Stripe and Paypal integration. We want a new website that is better than our competitors both in terms of functionality and look and feel. Examples of competitors include: • [login to view URL] • [login to view URL] • [login to view URL] We have attached some designs that we would like you to use to produce the final website, although we are happy for you to make improvements to these designs or changes to make it easier to build a fast and reliable site. We want to continue to use our current logo which is attached, but are happy to change the some of the branding if we are shown something that we like. We would like the main site to have a background that extends beyond the normal width of the page. The homepage must have a slider at the top. The website must have a functioning forum and a blog. Of the designs included, there is an example of what we would like our homepage and product category pages to look like (including a banner and space for SEO text) and also what we would like our blog page and individual blog post pages to look like). The website must have a shipping model which can determine the shipping cost based upon the total weight of the items (each individual will have a weight entered in woo commerce, which is hidden from the user). All items must have a recommended retail price which is crossed out to demonstrate that our price is lower. The website must have the Yoast plugin installed. Please add sample products to test and demonstrate the full functionality of the site. When we are sure everything is working, we will add all the products ourselves. We would like the footer to be responsive so that the items move individually when mousing over them.
