Alter some Images

I have three images that were taken in a professional photo studio. I need to touch-up the pictures to remove facial blemishes, scars, or discoloration. On the head-shot photo, I need the picture cropped till the middle of my chest so that it looks good on a business card. That would also require the picture to be re-sized (do not compromise the pixel quality). On the other two images, it is apparent on the corners that it is a fake background. I need those edges to be cropped so that it looks real, and the image re-sized, without compromising the pixel quality. i will give an extra tip if the project is done within two hours of acceptance.
