I have done website projects with requirements similar to yours and have also worked on website with various other requirements, I would really like you to allow me a chance to prove my skills to you, to do this I will be more than happy to create a demo website for you free of cost, this way you don't have to pay me anything and I get to prove my skills to you. Regarding the project itself you don't have to pay me anything in advance you only pay me the 50% of the bid amount once 50% of the project is complete and the rest when the rest of the project is complete. As per freelancer policy I cannot initiate exchange of messages with you so if you want me to work on the demo then please leave me a message and I'll get started right away. All you need to do is provide me with a list of things you want to see in the demo. PS:- please ignore the milestone request as per freelancer policy we are required to provide a minimum milestone request of 20%. Only thing that we request is that you put in an escrow deposit that you do not release till the end of the project.
