Build a Website With custom CMS and page gen scripts

Build a Website with full CMS using smart page duplication coding. I will provide access to an example site back end that is similar but you will need to be very experienced in custom CMS, PHP, MYSQL and Custom Joomla & Wordpress coding to understand this job. To win this job you must have good English (not ok, or basic, but VERY GOOD ENGLISH) Stage 1 - Design all the pages, i want to see what they will look like before they are coded. Stage 2 - Design changes and approvals Stage 3 - Code the CMS and create a full editable backend that controls each page, suburb page, service page and suburb service page. Stage 4 - Bug fixes (there is always bugs) Stage 5 - final testing This site must be programmed so we can then create multiple sites from the same concepts with new designs & layouts. So you will need to design this site with the concept of creating more sites for us based on this same back end - so it needs to be GREAT! and bug free See attached image with all the pages (image so google doesn't crawl this page and index it). The website must be clean and have consistent design. - I must have control of all page elements such as: Meta title, meta description, all meta tags, image meta tags etc. - There must be a page that controls basic elements that appear on all pages, Template style. So if i change a footer link, it changes on all pages. - The site must be coded so i can input google analytics, google+ & google markup coding and be structured according to "Google Structured data" rules. - The site must have an automated Site map generator that creates both html and .xml sitemaps compatible to upload to my google webmaster tools/sitemaps area. The website will need a sitemap link to the html version. - To prove you have read this job description you must write PAGEGEN in your pmb or message when bidding. - The page generation system will enable me to edit all the standard pages, the 15 sets of 3 region pages (45 pages) the 15 category pages, news/blog page and login. The 3 regions are: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast so for each category there will need to be 3 region pages to list all the suburbs that will link to the suburb page for that category. I will provide access to my current site that uses a very similar method of page generation if required during our project clarification. - Note: the 45 pages consisting of 3 regions x (multiplied) by 15 categories will all be the same layout, design so you should be able to create 3 pages, 1 for each region, then duplicate that 15 times and set it up in the CMS so each page's content is individually dynamic except the list of suburbs. - i will provide the csv files for the suburbs list.
