Graphic Artist wanted for Indi Soccer Game Graphics- IOS/ Android

I'm an Indi developer looking for a graphic artist to design the graphics and layout for a small soccer game that I developed for IOS and Android tablets. I'm looking for a passionate designer that can create an overall design for the game, help with the layout and deliver incredible vector graphics. The work includes designing the splash screen with the menu, the levels screen, next game screen, success and failed screens, a high score/ leader board screen, settings screen, an error graphic, a penalty graphic and App Icons. I plan on releasing this game during the world cup, so I'm looking for a fairly quick turn around. The designer must be knowledgeable with graphics for IOS and Android game development and experience with vector graphics. Resume/ portfolio/ gallery images of past work is a must. Must be able to communicate well in English. I will provide you with rough graphics to use for a layout template but I'd like your creativity to drive the look and feel of the game. I'll provide you with a video of the current game, the screens I have created and direction on which graphics I'll need. I had a talented illustrator create the characters and I need you to incorporate them though the game.
