490264 Six Page html/css site template

I need a Six page html/css site. General 1. need a well documented css file to make any future changes easy 2. site needs to be 980 pixels wide 3. need to use html/css for the buttons and not images. 4. The basic structure of the site should be similar to what is found at the following url [login to view URL] 5. Need the following six pages Home How it works Your Pain Products contact Us Privacy From top to bottom Use a one pixel wide border around site (black) Background outside the 980 pixel area should be white. Logo area- There will be two separate images in the logo area so I will need two place holder images ( they can be just colored boxes) first from left 800x180 Second from left 180x180 Menu Bar 1. I need the buttons to be the following colors #30888c with white letters 2. I need the bar itself to be the following color #898885 Content area 1. One column wide covering the full 980 pixels 2. I will need a background image so the background starts with the CCDAFF and gradually goes to 002395 from left to right. Footer 1. repeat the header menu bar 2. a line under bar for the copyright info. Sooner is better than later. If you have any questions do not hesitate to let me know. I am going to use this for a couple of different related sites and once we get all the content locked down there should be a bit of additional work getting all the content formatted correctly in the content area.
