Packaging and Flyer Design for PS3 Video Game Product

We are looking for graphic design talent to assist with a packaging design for our new product. The name of our product is 'PS3 ezChill' (we have chosen this combination of small and large letters, however we are open to further suggestions to a point). The product is a plug and play add-on device for the Playstation 3 Game Console which helps prevent YLOD (Yellow Light of Death) and other overheating problems by manually controlling the speed of the internal cooling fan. The product does require opening of the PS3 system, however we have designed it for easy installation (hence the ez in the name). We do have a temporary logo in use on our websites, however this is also open to design - it is meant to simulate the idea of a fan blowing, but I think it could be improved upon greatly - especially as far as catching the eye, and being able to work on light or dark backgrounds etc. Basically we would like to see what kind of creativity you can come up with, and then expand that into a product packaging. So, we will need 4 items from this project - though they will be similar adaptations: 1) New product logo for our product 'PS3 ezChill' - current logo can be found at [login to view URL] 2) Product Flyer about this product - basic 8.5x11" flyer design with logo and features about our product 3) Product Packaging (~2.5x4.5") front and back graphic for cardboard insert for product clamshell packaging (simply adapted from Product Flyer) 4) 'Featured Item' website graphic (~400x300) for front page of our website. (This also adapted from the Product Flyer) Once we have a product packaging and these other designs, we will then also eventually need some additional simple web graphics (graphics only - we already have someone who can implement them into our website). We are a small business but we have large goals. We need help to realize these goals and even though our budget is limited at the moment, we are very interested in expansion and want a designer willing to expand with us. We would like to continue to work with the designer we choose for future graphics (beyond this project) - so having an interest in our product, and the video game market in general is preferred. We have no doubt that our product will sell, but we also prefer a graphic designer who is intuitive with creative design -We'd like to see your creative and marketing influence in our designs. Being able to come up with a few great design directions based on a few ideas is what we prefer. That said, having experience in product identity, logo design and sales/marketing in the consumer electronics (computer and video game) department would be very nice.
